Tiny Houses 2024

After our unit on surface area, volume, perimeter and area,  the 5th Graders created Tiny Houses using Tinkercad. They first created blueprints considering scale for square footage. Walls, windows, doors, furniture and then landscaping were all taken into consideration.

Once their Tiny House was complete, students used WeVideo to create a virtual tour. In this virtual tour they share the square footage of their house, room sizes, and additional key features of their home. I'm so proud of the hard work, collaboration and creativity each put into their project.
