This week, we will take a final start our Personal Narrative Learning plan. Get ready to write!
There will be two assignments that students will complete and turn in this week by the end of class on Friday, August 28: 1) Cursive Worksheet (letter a & words); 2) Personal Narrative Essay Plan / Outline. Though not due, students should have the goal of drafting the introduction paragraph and starting to draft the first body paragraph of their narrative by end of class Friday.

This week, we will continue to create a couple S.O.P.s, take our beginning of the year STAR Test as a school, start learning some lowercase cursive letters, take notes on parts of speech, and take a pretest on narrative writing.
