Welcome to 6th Grade Reading! I'm Mrs. Ruiz, and I'm excited to be your teacher this year.
In this class, we'll read great books, explore new ideas, build our vocabulary, and become stronger readers and thinkers. Whether reading is your favorite subject or not, my goal is to help you grow and feel confident.
I ask that you come to class ready to learn, participate, respect others, and always do your best. Mistakes are part of learning, and everyone is welcome here.
