TSD 401 is impeded in meeting the vision of our district by two critical issues: 

• Inadequate Teacher Collaboration Time

• Inadequate Teacher Recruitment and Retention

With very little collaboration time within the school year to train, prepare and support teachers, we are limited in what we can achieve. 

With inconsistent staffing, and limited ability to attract highly effective teachers, we are limited in what we can achieve. 

Collaboration ;

• Meeting the needs of diverse learners, 

• Improving accountability 

• Expanding enrichment opportunities
