What will we Accomplish Year One?

Goal #1 

EACH department, team, grade level, committee, organization etc. will have evaluated: 

• what is/is not working

• prioritized/critical needs

• the work to be accomplished next year - key initiatives

• the plan moving forward to best meet student needs

• budget requests

• PD requests

Goal #2 

The board has the key initiatives of the entire organization in place, in order to inform their strategic planning efforts.
