Volunteer Schedule

The event this year will be Friday, September 25th @ 9am to Saturday,  September, 26th @ 9am.  We are looking for you to donate four hours of your time to help supervise and run this event.  Many of you know that the MM could never occur without our wonderful DMS families.  We would appreciate you considering being a part of this spectacular event! Please note that if you indicated on the registration form that you would be interested in volunteering, you will have received an email by Friday, Sept. 4th to sign-up from Lauren Reiff.

Set-up crew- 3:40-6pm

Friday, Sept. 25th

6am-9am-Parking & tent set up

9am-1pm

1pm-5pm

5pm-9pm

9pm-1am

Saturday, Sept. 26th

1am-5am

5am-10am

Clean-up crew 8am-11am
