Please make sure to review the participant event information & event drop-off procedure!!!
The following are the times per grade level for tent set-up: Tents should fit in a 16x16 space, have the door to the tent facing the middle of the field (walking path down the center of the camp), and have the issued tent number attached to the tent.
6th grade: 6:30-7am 7th grade: 7-7:30am 8th grade: 7:30-8am
In the event that the above time will not work, you may set up anytime after school on Thursday through Friday morning before the start of the event, but it is at your own risk. Please be aware that no staff members will be present at that time, nor will we be responsible for your items. All participants must park in the lot and walk down to the track.
**All participants should be in the gym & lined up in their teams by 8:45am for the opening ceremony**
Parents and guardians are welcome to visit you at any point during the event and as often as they would like. For the safety of all participants, all visitors must sign in when they arrive and sign out when they leave.
To help make the check-in process quick and easy:
A QR code will be posted at the entrance so you can complete the sign-in process while waiting in line.
Once you reach the entry table, you will need to show your ID before entering the event.
The same QR code can be used to sign out when you leave.

Only an adult listed in our system as a parent/guardian or emergency contact may enter the event.
Each listed adult may bring one additional approved adult who is not listed in our system.
Each listed or approved adult may also bring one minor with them.
All minors must remain with and be supervised by the adult who brought them at all times.
These guidelines are necessary due to the large number of participants and volunteers at the event and are intended to help us maintain a safe and organized environment for everyone.
