Event Clean-up Procedure

Parents usually arrive somewhere in the vicinity of 7-8am to begin taking down the camp and packing up items to bring to the car in an effort to make their exit as smooth as possible. We ask that students clean up their tenting area and do not leave garbage and debris behind. All participants will run a victory lap at 9am together that will mark the conclusion of the event. Students may not leave until they complete this lap. They will then continue up to the gym doors to receive their finisher tshirts. The gym door on the left (when facing the building coming up from the track) will be for last names A-L and the right side will be for M-Z. Once they receive their shirts, they are free to leave the event. Please remind the students to wear their shirts proudly on Monday to school!!!
