Public skins, unless stated otherwise, will be available for a year or two. These skins don't have determined retire dates, and will remain available for longer as long as interest persists.

Release generally for certain events, or just because I feel like it

Sometimes recolors come with the release of a skin, otherwise you can order a recolor of any publicly available skin that I have.

Once the recolor is done, it will be made a public skin; with the one who ordered it getting as many copies as desired
