PHS Chalkboard Wall

 Do you have a special PHS event coming up for your group?  

Fill up the chalkboard wall to spread the word!  

• Please do not sign up for two consecutive weeks in a row - we do have to share the wall!

• For scheduling purposes, please plan to decorate the wall on a Friday afternoon, weekend, or Monday morning so the design can remain for an entire school week.

• Groups may sign up for the left side, the right side, or the entire wall.  If signing up for the entire wall, please fill in both the left and right side on the sign-up sheet. 

• You will receive a digital reminder two days before your slot begins.  Please don't forget!

• Special Note:  Only use the chalk that PHS keeps in the Activities Office.  The chalk will be kept in the top drawer of the filing cabinet where the Employee Reimbursement Forms and deposit envelopes are located.
