If you are bringing a guest that is NOT from BG, it is your responsibility to fill out the “Non-BG Guest Form” linked below. After submitting this form, deans will review submissions and approve non-BG Guests as submissions are made. Allowing yourself extra time to get your form approved is highly encouraged so that your non-BG Guest is approved when it comes time to select tables. 

This form must be filled out and completed BEFORE you purchase a ticket and select tables. Without submitting this form before you purchase a ticket, you will be losing your spot/seat at prom. Upon completion of the form, the BG student will receive a "congratulations your guest is approved" email, then they are cleared to purchase the ticket. It is highly recommended to complete this prior to tickets going on sale April 10th so you can get first pick of tables. You may not purchase a ticket unless this is filled out and cleared.
