In order to ensure a perfect evening, the following guidelines will be strictly enforced for everyone’s safety and enjoyment:
Prom is a formal event. Attire should reflect tuxedos/suits and formal dresses.
Once admitted to prom, students will NOT be permitted to leave and re-enter.
The same rules apply for prom as for all school-sponsored activities. No alcoholic beverages or other drugs are to be consumed before, during, or after these events, regardless of age. If your guest does not attend Buffalo Grove High School, please inform him/her/them of these rules. Violations of this could result in a student’s dismissal from other end of the year activities up to and including the commencement ceremony.

All detentions and consequences served
No major referrals or infractions that result in OSS
Students’ attendance must be in good standing. If you are not sure you meet that criteria, schedule a meeting with your dean.
**If these parameters are not met, you will not be able to attend Prom**
Remember the following for the date of the event!
All bags will be searched before entering the event.
Tickets will be verified upon entry.
There is no re-entry for the event; ensure you bring everything you need before entering.
No outside food or beverages are allowed.
You must adhere to all the school policies and procedures.
