Please refer to the "Important Information" page - located under the "Current Preschoolers" tab above.
A copy of each child's immunizations must be ELECTRONICALLY submitted.
You can do this by:
(1) requesting an electronic copy of vaccinations from your doctor
(2) save the PDF copy to your computer
(3) go to the "Important Information" page and click on the button where the IMMUNIZATIONS will be submitted
(4) upload your child's to the folder
(5) make sure to rename the file to your child's first and last name.
ALL IMMUNIZATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY TO THE FOLDER BEFORE 8/31
ABSENCE POLICY: Should your child miss school you need to follow these steps:
Call the preschool (847-755-2739) to let Mrs. Mertins know that your child will be out sick. Please leave a message on the voicemail with childs name and symptoms/reason for absence.
Children MUST BE FEVER FREE for 24 hours, before returing to school.
Masks are optional - but encouraged if your child has a cough or runny nose.
If your child misses 2 or more preschool days in a row (regardless of the reason), he/she will need a doctor's note to return to school
DROP-OFF PROCEDURE:
Please make sure anyone (sitters, neighbors, family, etc.) knows this process.
Please pull up (nice and tight to the car in front of you) at 8:20am, have your child unbuckled, and the HS students will come out and grab the kids in the first 5 cars. DO NOT GET OUT OF YOUR CAR. Once those kids are out of the car, those cars will leave and the next set of cars will pull up and we will repeat the process. All preschoolers need to exit the car on the passenger side and along the curb.
