You are responsible for observing tutor-tutee and tutor-adult relationships, and will also be expected to act if you see any poor behavior. Communication with your content directors and the adult tutors is crucial if any problems arise, and there may be emergency meetings to find solutions. Come prepared to discuss initiatives and ways to make tutoring better!

• Participate in monthly meetings to discuss work and progress

• Be ready to initiate improvements as needed

• Be responsible for managing feedback through Google Forms and implementing solutions for any concerns

• Commit to showing up at additional hours apart from your regular shifts
