Peer Tutors volunteer to tutor in school subjects (Math, CSET, Science, Humanities, World Languages, or Daniel Wright) for one hour per week. By working with peers, tutors who have already completed core courses will strengthen their problem solving skills while making social connections and enhancing their ability to work collaboratively. Peer Tutors is open to sophomore, junior, and senior students who are in accel/honors classes. There is a time commitment of tutoring for one hour per week in addition to attending general meetings each semester. Students may join by attending an informational meeting and applying at the beginning of the semester.
