ATTENDANCE AT THE INFORMATIONAL MEETING OR COMPLETION OF THE INFORMATIONAL EDPUZZLE IS MANDATORY FOR APPLICATION ACCEPTANCE. EDPUZZLES WILL NOT BE SENT OUT AT THIS TIME.

Changes From Last Year:
All prospective tutors must complete both forms to be considered for PT (even returnee PTs must have the form submitted)
You must complete 2 teacher rec forms this year--one from your first choice content area, and one from your second choice content area.
Returnee tutors that are not planning to change content areas must still submit a second teacher recommendation from a different content area, regardless, as this will be used in the returnee selection process. You do not have to indicate a second choice on the general application form, however.
