The students were given the opportunity to explore their creativity with an open-ended jazz themed project. Through this project, each student created a SMART Goal and made steps toward accomplishing their goal.(All students whose projects are below have agreed to have their projects shared with a wider audience)
Everestt Correa
Develop the ability to walk a bass line without needing to look at music. Wrote 4 different bass lines to the F Blues... learned and played from memory.

Transcribed and played along with University of North Texas One O'Clock Band's version of Yesterdays. Performed live in class -- still will submit recording.
