Fall Practice Schedule:
Tuesdays: Bounding at 3:20pm. Meet at LSH. May include Ultimate Frisbee. Generally led by Kira.
Wednesdays: Weightlifting in SPHC33 4-5:30pm We will meet outside the Romano Gym at 4 and walk down to the weight room together. Generally led by Dani.
Friday: Roller skiing at 3:20 pm. Meet at LSH. Generally led by Mikaela.
We will also try to do roller skiing on some weekends. Keep an eye on the GroupMe for any changes.
