QPR Training
QPR (Question, Persuade, and Refer) teaches people how to recognize warning signs for someone in crisis, how to persuade them to seek help, and how to refer them to an appropriate provider or service.

Peer Support Specialist
Peer Support Specialist are poeple with lived mental health or substance use recovery. They people are trained to support others on their journey. This training helps people develop skills in empathy, communication and advocacy.

Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid teaches people how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges.

Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)
ASIST is a two day workshop that teaches people how to recognize when someone could be at risk of suicide and to help that same person create a safety plan. This trainings goal is to help people feel confident in supporting someone in crisis.
