988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: 

Anyone experiencing mental health-related distress (suicide, mental health, and/or substance use crisis) can call, chat, or text 988 for free and confidential support. People can also dial 988 if they are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support. Lifeline Centers operate 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

The Minnesota Warmline:

Provides a peer-to-peer approach to mental health recovery, support, and wellness. Calls are answered by a team of professionally trained Certified Peer Specialists who have first-hand experience living with a mental health condition. The Warmline provides a safe, anonymous, and confidential environment to connect with people who are here to listen and to help.

Wellness in the Woods:

Nonprofit that provides free, 24/7 peer support for Minnesotans through programs focused on advocacy, education, and connection.

The Virtual Peer Support Network (VPSN) is a Zoom-based community led by peer specialists. These sessions offer support, community, and wellness every day from 9 AM to 5 PM.
