Group for People Living with Anxiety and Depression (GLAD)
Confidential peer support group for people living with depression, anxiety, or other mental health challenges.
Meets virtually on the second and fourth Mondays of each month. Contact the North Shore Mental Health Group at nsmentalhealth@gmail.com for details.
Those supporting the mental well-being of others are also welcome.
Circle of Parents - North Shore Parent Support Group
Provides support and information for families living with behavioral and mental health challenges.
Meets on the first Tuesday of each month from 5:30 pm to 7 pm at the First Baptist Church, Two Harbors

Northern Lights Clubhouse
Offers persons with mental health challenges structured opportunities to develop skills, pursue interests, and engage with other members of staff. There is no specific diagnosis, doctor referral, or assessment necessary to be part of the community. Anyone who is facing mental illness, life challenges, stress, or isolation is welcome to become a member.
