To be eligible for nomination as a Private Individual Member of the CWC Board, nominees must meet the following criteria:
Citizenship & Residency: Must be a natural-born Filipino citizen and a resident of the Philippines for at least two (2) years.
Leadership & Influence: Must be the head of a private organization or hold a position of influence for at least one (1) year in a child and/or youth-serving organization recognized by a CWC member agency.
Organizational Affiliation: Must be affiliated with an organization that operates in at least three (3) regions, preferably at the national level, with a broad sphere of influence.
Non-Government Status: Must not hold any government position.
Legal Standing: Must have no pending administrative or criminal case filed before any office, court, or tribunal.
Expertise & Experience: Must possess professional competence and expertise in children’s and youth welfare, advocacy, or related fields.
Commitment to Equity & Inclusion: Should demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, particularly in addressing the needs of marginalized and underserved children and youth.
