BEFORE you purchase, make sure you complete a permission slip & Senior Contract. Ensure that you are NOT on the NO-GO list.
How to Pay
Cash: Pay inside the Student Store.
Online: Click on this LINK after you have turned in your permission slip inside the Student Store.
All permission slips are to be turned in to the Student Store.
No-Go List
The NO-GO list is based on your attendance from Nov. 1st to Jan. 12th
If you have 3 or fails, you will be placed on the NO-GO List.
If you had more than 30 period absences or more than 15 tardies, you will be placed on the NO-GO List.
In order to get OFF the NO-GO list, you will need to show improvement in your 2nd Semester attendance.
Other ways to get off the NO-GO list include Saturday School, Tutoring, and Campus Beautification.
First Saturday School is 1/20/24. The following dates are:
1/27/24; 2/3/24; 2/24/24; 3/2/24; 3/9/24; 3/16/24; 4/13/24; 4/20/24; 4/27/24; & 5/4/24
If you get a NO-GO email, ultimately come see Mr. Romero and Ms. Miller in A-123 to get instructions on how to get off the NO-GO list. So, you can purchase that Grad Nite and Prom ticket!
What to Know:
Parking:
If you have a car, park on campus near the J, K, L Buildings. The entrance for this parking lot is next to the Coast Fitness Center.
Safety knows that parking for those attending Grad Nite will be there.
Leaving for Disney:
Be on campus by 9:00am.
Attendance will be taken as you board on your assigned bus.
A list will be posted with all the bus assignments.
Once EVERY bus is boarded, we will leave for Disneyland.
Leaving from Disney:
We leave Disney at 1am on Saturday morning.
Make sure you get on the Disney tram at 1am!
Attendance will be taken as you board your assigned bus.
Once YOUR bus is boarded, we leave Disney to campus.
We will return to campus about 3am
It is important that you arrive at the buses at the end of the night as close to 1:00am as possible.
Buses:
All buses have been assigned.
We will board the buses from the J, K, L Buildings.
You will have two to three chaperones for each bus.
Make sure you sign up for their Remind 101
Plus, try to get at least one of their cell phone numbers before you leave the bus
Tickets:
You will get your ticket BEFORE you get off the bus to enter Disneyland.
DO NOT lose your ticket throughout the park, you will have to pay $229 to replace it.
You will be given a lanyard so you can put your ticket in the badge holder.
Exclusive Grad Nite Party:
Throughout the day, you will be able to go between Disney and California Adventure. (No, your chaperones won't be with you all day. They want to have fun, too).
Make sure you are in California Adventure by 9pm at the latest.
Start heading over to California Adventure at 8pm.
Things to Bring:
Money for food & souvenirs
External battery charger for phone or your charging cord
Sunscreen
Hat or Mickey Ears
Small backpack/fanny pack/purse
Empty, plastic or metal water bottle
Medications:
Prescribed medications need to be cleared with the nurse and Ms. Fuentes
Over-the-counter medications need to be in their original pharmacy container and carried in by a chaperone from the school through the security screening area at Disney. It will be returned to the student it is prescribed after the screening area.
Drug dogs will be searching before you leave school and again once you get to Disney
Overall:
You must remain at Disneyland Resort for the entire length of the field trip. If you need assistance, please contact your bus chaperone(s)
If you get a locker, it must be in California Adventure as that is where you will be at the end of the night.
When you arrive at school on the morning, you will go to the parking lot between the Coast Fitness Center and the K, L building
Failure to follow LEAPS could result in you NOT participating in the graduation ceremony.

Keep in Mind:
Food or drinks are allowed in park if they are sealed!
No glass containers of any kind, no perfume, no speakers.
No selfie sticks or other prohibited items are allowed in the backstage entry area or in the park.
No alcohol and illegal drugs at any time.
Sunscreen is allowed.
Empty refillable non-glass containers are ok to bring.
Water is available at refill stations throughout the park as well as at all counter service restaurants – please ask at the restaurants.
Cups for water are available at any quick service location or refillable water stations throughout the park for attendees to fill up their empty water bottles.
Attire that Disney considers inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other guests, such as clothing containing drug/violence/weapon references or pictures and potential gang-related clothing will cause you not to enter.
For Lost Tickets:
Grad Nite tickets are non-refundable, and this is a policy we apply consistently across our clients and schools.
If you have any lost tickets, a new order will need to be placed. To process an exception to refund the original order of LOST tickets, we will require you to email us a copy of a police report, indicating where the tickets were lost i.e., School, staff, etc. Please send this to DLR.Grad.Nite@disney.com as soon as possible so the Grad Nite team can initiate the refund process.
If the school finds the tickets at ANY time (even after a refund is requested and processed), we must receive them back. Please notify us if this occurs and the team can send you instructions for returning the tickets.
Show L.E.A.P.S Behavior
Groups walking and/or running in locked arms (safety concern in impacted areas).
Group chanting of any kind including yelling at high volumes in attraction queues.
Inappropriate touching or physical aggression of any kind.
Failure to comply with a request of a Disney Cast Member
Disney Cast Members are trained to direct Resort guests for optimal safety and help guests comply with the Resort’s standards of conduct.
Inappropriate language (including profanity) and disruptive or offensive behavior.
Disrespectful demeanor toward other theme park guests, Disney Cast Members or other law enforcement officials.
For your safety and that of others, please refrain from running.
Theft or vandalism.
Line jumping/cutting in attraction queues.
Failure to comply with attraction safety rules.
The distribution of printed or recorded materials of any kind.
Photography, videotaping or recording of any kind for commercial purposes.
Feeding, petting, touching, harassing or harming any wildlife in the theme park, including birds.
