Director of Network Services: Matt Vile
A staff of 9 people provides support for all devices, our internet/wifi connection, phone systems, security, and much more. They are talented, dedicated, and ready with a smile whenever needed. We have a highly skilled team who are able to provide a significant amount of repair support on site.
The CVSD Technology Department provides hands-on tech support for:

Just under 4,000 students
4,550 total network devices
196 WiFi access points
Chromebooks
The district provides a Chromebook for all students in grades 1-12 to use for learning. Students at CVU can take their devices home. Except for special approved circumstances, devices for students in our PreK-8 schools stay in school.
Lost or Damaged Chromebooks
We understand things happen and when they do, the IT team works with our schools to reach a viable solution.
If a Chromebook is lost or stolen, please fill out a Help Desk ticket immediately to alert the IT staff.
