CVUSD Microsoft Account

We have updated our process to change CVUSD Google account passwords (7/2023)

Staff must change their Google passwords through Microsoft.  This will then sync to Google in a few minutes. 

If you do not change your password through the Microsoft Account process, your Google login may not work.

Below are the instructions on how to change your Google password.

Step 1:  Click this link   (you will be redirected) and Sign into your Microsoft account using the your CVUSD Google email address (ie mgeorge@cv.k12.ca.us) and password *you must know your current password.

Step 2:  From the Password tile, select Change Password. 

Step 3: Fill in your Current Password as well as the new password of your choice twice in both the  New Password and Confirm Password fields (do not auto-generate a password with Google, and do not  use a password that you have used previously).  Then click Submit.

*Passwords need to be 8 characters long

*Passwords need to include one of each:

• Uppercase characters (A-Z)

• Lowercase characters (a-z)

• Digits (0-9)

• Special characters (~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/)

***Please note, it will take a few minutes for your password to update across the systems.
***This will also change your CVUSD_Staff WiFi password, so you may need to re-login to the WiFi.
