Incident IQ for Staff

Welcome to CVUSD’s IncidentIQ Overview and Basic Training 

IncidentIQ (IIQ) will replace our current Help Desk System - Issuetrak.   IncidentIQ will be a one-stop help request for Help and Support Requests for:Technology,  Warehouse, and Maintenance and Operations.  

Our move to IncidentIQ is for an improved user interface, adding the options for student tickets, and a much more powerful platform for supporting back-end operations, coordinating resources, for supporting both students and staff help requests. We hope to transition all users by the end of January 2023. Student accounts will be implemented In February. 


Please use this IIQ General Onboarding feedback to provide feedback for IncidentIQ as we are making modifications and changes as we are learning the software.

2. Visit the Learning Academy to watch a short video for Submitting and Tracking TicketsClick Login to Enroll (If you are already logged into IIQ you will not need to login again). 

The Submitting and Tracking Tickets module should pop up. If it doesn’t, search in the menu of courses.  Click Take this Course

Click on the course title Submitting Tickets to start the course (3:33 min). 

Congrats! You should now be able to create a Help Ticket.  Remember, the more detailed your description will help the efficiency and effectiveness of your help.
