New passwords need to be 8 characters long

New passwords need to include on of each:

• Uppercase characters (A-Z)

• Lowercase characters (a-z)

• Digits (0-9)

• Special characters (~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/)
