About Me

Hello! My name is Bonnie Ng. I am the grades 6-12 mathematics teacher on special assignment for CVUSD. Some people call me a 'TOSA,' which is my official title. Other people call me a 'math coordinator,' or 'math instructional coach,' which is what I do. I also maintain this website. Please feel free to contact me with questions.

2023-2024 is my 14th year as an educator. Previously, I taught 7th & 8th grade math, as well as English Language Development at Canyon Middle School. I was also Canyon's Multi-Tier Systems of Support Coordinator, math department chair, and grade level lead.

I have a B.A. in Mathematics from UC Davis, and an M.A. in Educational Technology Leadership from CSU East Bay. I completed my teacher credential at CSU Sacramento, and the preliminary administrative services credential program at CSU East Bay.

I am a daughter, sister, auntie, and friend. I'm also human-mom to two very fluffy chinchillas. When I'm not working on math education, I enjoy playing Pokemon Go, tennis, and organizing like Marie Kondo.
