Users: People that don't want to spend a lot of money on an electric bike. People who also don't need to travel long distances.
Buyers: Same as the users, everyday bike users.
Sellers: Junkyards who will supply the parts, and people who sell electric bikes.
Manufacturers: The employees will work on converting the bikes into cheap alternatives for electric bikes.
We need certain materials such as a motor, a bike, and a battery. The motor will convert the electrical energy used into mechanical energy. The battery will provide the necessary power for the bike to move. We also need cheap automotive scrap parts that we can reuse.
When the bike moves and functions like an electric bike with easier pedaling, the prodect would be considered successfull. It should also be able to go distances normally traveled by the average person (5-10 miles)
