Looking for something to do this summer? Come build with us! We'll be busting out the Legos, Duplo, blocks, gears, and even our large fort building set to do some creative engineering. We'll even be able to display a small number of Lego creations in the library! This family event is for everyone old enough not to eat Legos. No registration is required. Fourth Grade Students join us in the Science Center to explore coding using the code.org program.
Let's explore science, art, and math with STEAM Lab! STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. Put your creative thinking caps on, because we'll be doing hands-on projects to encourage a wide-range of thinking and problem solving! This program is designed for children ages 4-8. No registration required. Supplies may be limited to a first come, first served basis. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Get ready for a howl of a good time as children grades K-6 are invited to our Paws to Read program. Read to a certified pet therapy dog and their owner as Paws to Read programs are designed to help young readers gain self confidence and improve their reading skills. Registration is required. There are a limited number of spots available.
