School Social Workers

I’m so happy to serve the students and families of Canyon Middle School as a school social worker. I began my school social work career in 2006 in San Francisco, and after stepping away to be a full-time parent, I was thrilled to return to the field with Castro Valley Unified. Now in my sixth year at Canyon, I’m proud to have helped establish our Wellness Center and to support students and families as they navigate all things middle school. I’m also a proud spouse and parent, and feel grateful to call Castro Valley home.
