Students have a few options to contact their counselor, depending on their needs:

Email/Google Hangout Message your Counselor

If you have a quick question for your counselor, feel free to email them through your student email account at the below email account or Google Hangout message your counselor directly for a quick message exchange.

Request a Meeting

If you'd like to meet with your counselor, come to the front office to fill out a "Request to Meet With Your Counselor" form. When your counselor is available, they call you in for a meeting. They will send a green slip to your classroom and you will come to the main office during class. 

Please keep in mind that our availability for email, Google Hangouts, and meetings will be limited to that of the normal school day, and our office hours are 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.  As always, meetings between students and counselors are confidential unless a safety need arises, in which case counselors will seek resources to help the student.

Parents requesting to meet with their child's counselor

Counselors are available to meet with parents via Google Meets, Google Voice, or site phone call. Please email your child's counselor to set up a meeting. 

Please note:  Not all issues require a meeting and most issues may be handled easily through email or by phone.  If you have a purely academic question, we always suggest contacting the teacher first - as they are the staff members who are most in tune with what is going on in the classroom on a daily basis and will be able to answer your questions and address progress in an individual class.
