Ms. Fratus and Ms. Voigt are here to help support our CMS Bears!

Explore our website to learn more about our roles and how we can support you as you navigate middle school.

What are the main roles of a middle school counselor?

  • Meet with students for academic, social, and emotional support*

  • Schedule building/changes and Elective Selection

  • 504 Plan Coordinators

  • Conflict resolution sessions with students

  • Academic intervention/supports

*Please note: our sessions with students are confidential unless suspected or reported that a student is in harm. Ms. Fratus (Last Names A-L)

Welcome!

My name is Ms. Fratus and this is my fourth year as a school counselor at CMS and my 7th year working in the district! What I like most about being a middle school counselor is having the ability to help support students in many different facets. In my free time, you can find me exercising, spending time with family and friends, hiking and anything active and outdoors!

Ms. Voigt (Last Names M-Z)

Hi everyone!

My name is Ms. Voigt and this is my fifth year as a school counselor at CMS! One of my favorite things about being a counselor at CMS is the diverse groups of students I get to work with every day. When I am not working at CMS, you can find me cooking, reading, or indoor cycling. I also enjoy spending time with my cat named Bear.
