*Please note: our sessions with students are confidential unless suspected or reported that a student is in harm. Our rapport with students is built on the idea that students should feel comfortable sharing information with us. As a parent, if you have questions about sessions with students, we'd be happy to give you an overall report but please know, we do not share details of our sessions.

Miss Berube (Last Names A-L)

My name is Miss Berube and this is my third year as a school counselor. I am also a recovering Middle and High School teacher of over 20 years. I have taught Mathematics, Health Education, Physical Education, Yearbook and Art. What I like most about being a middle school counselor is talking with and building relationships with students. My goal is to support students (socially, emotionally, and academically) as they navigate their Middle School journey and help prepare them for high school. In my free time, you can find me with a camera in hand... usually underwater. I SCUBA dive whenever possible and am grateful for the many experiences I have had in my travels.

MR. Alcazar (Last Names M-Z)

My name is Roberto Alcazar, this is my second year working at CMS and my 8th year working with middle schoolers. I love working with middle school students because they are full of positive energy. I like working with a team of staff that is committed to inspire the next generation of minds to grow socially, emotionally, and Academically. I like spending my free time training my horse, trying new foods, watching netflix, and with family and friends. Dogs are cool but I own a cat.
