8:30-9:15 - NRC Shoe and Spike Presentation
After our practice is complete, the NRC staff will have a short presentation on finding the correct running shoe and the importance of having racing spikes. After the presentation, the girls will have an opportunity to purchase shoes, spikes and other running equipment. Parents are encouraged to attend this presentation. No purchase is required.
After the presentation, the girls can be picked up at NRC-Wheaton.
