Well, folks, we made it to 2020. It was a long year, that also seemed to go by fast. If that makes sense? With 2020 comes great things and new opportunities, but it also will probably bring a lot of stress for some people. So, today, or whenever you’re reading this, I will be giving some tips and advice for taking this stress and turning it into something useful, and beautiful in the long run. Let’s start, shall we?
Say something small comes up---
- Try and recognize the problem, and realize it may not have a huge effect on your life
- Try and work through it, and play all the events that led to it out in your head
- Once you accomplish this, then everything else will flow naturally. Just wait.
- Need an example of what “smaller” is? Well, then, I guess that’s up to you, but maybe something small like a quiz or a small disagreement with someone else
Now, say something a little more serious comes up---
- Again, recognize the stresser, or problem, and work through it step by step.
- Figure out how to solve, or improve the thing on your mind, and let nature takes its course and let it figure out the rest that you can’t control.
- If you think about it, everything that happens falls into place eventually. Think of life as a complicated puzzle. It may take a while to put together, but in the end, all the pieces fit.
- Maybe you need an idea of what a “bigger problem” is. That depends, I guess, but maybe something that is going on at home, or you’re very stressed with a huge test coming up. Maybe it’s something huge with your friends, I’m not sure.
