SD Cards--For offline use of content--This is available via Ms. Tabetha Cooksey and can be used with students for videos and offline docs, slides, etc. The app is called Local Video Player. Has been pushed to all students in the district. Google drive, docs offline.

• Relay--provides more reliable filtering of content on students with our devices at home.

• Bark--Another free tool that constantly scans Google tools for inappropriate content or materials.

• Clever--Rostering and Single-Sign On Client for more secure onboarding of student and staff programs as well as provides a one-stop location for students to access programs we use in the district.

Prepped and Prepared 900+ chromebooks for home use upon request from students or parents.

Installed five new Viewsonic 65 inch touch panel Displays at the HS and one at the ES.

All classroom technology hooked up and ready for in-person learning.

All Google Chromeboxes were removed from CCES classrooms to make room for social distancing guidelines.

Ordered 100 Chrome Devices for Staff to use for online learning and various online meetings. Ordered additional 295 devices. Devices ordered since the end of May and first of June. Once received, the devices will be prepped for staff and student use.
