Rylan is the son of Aaron Voter and Sabrina Voter. After graduation Rylan plans to enter the workforce and work in Construction. 

During his time at Culver Rylan was involved in Golf. Rylan recognized his favorite teacher as Mr. Klinge and his favorite class was World Geography. When asked what Rylan's favorite memory of his time at Culver was he replied "Winning Sports Spectacular three times".
