Anna Lewis is the daughter of Doug and Cindy Lewis. After graduation Anna plans to attend Ball State University and study Nursing. 

During her time at Culver Anna was involved in Volleyball, CAVS Club, National Honor Society and Spanish Club. Anna recognized Mrs. Hammond as her favorite teacher and Geography as her favorite subject. When asked about her favorite memory of her time at Culver Anna said "Fall Bonanza and Sports Spectacular".
