School Pickup and Babysitting
We're looking for a kind, responsible babysitter to pick up our two little girls (age 2 and 5) from school one day a week, bring them home, serve them dinner, and do their bedtime routines. We're flexible on day of the week, but ideal hours would be from about 4:30-10:30 pm on Wednesdays.
You'd start by picking up our 2 year old at daycare in her stroller and then walk with her to pickup our oldest daughter at elementary school. The full trip from daycare to school and back to our house would be about a 30 minute walk.
Once you got home, you'd serve the girls dinner between 5:30-6 and help with bedtime between 6:30-7:30. After bedtime, we'd love a little help with laundry and tidying up and then you'd be free to relax.
Rate is $25/hour.

Job Title: Childcare + Transportation
Location: Petworth & Crestwood, NW DC
Compensation: $28/hr
Hours: 3-6PM, 3-5 days/week
Contact: Kathryn Wepfer, kcwepfer@gmail.com
We’re looking for after school help for our three children from approximately 3-6 pm three to five days a week. There also may be opportunities for additional hours later in the evening and occasionally on weekends if interested.
The main responsibilities would be to pick one or more of the children up at school in Petworth around 3 pm and drive them to our home in Crestwood in NW DC to care for them there. There may also be occasions where we need assistance driving them to after-school activities in DC instead of heading home.
Our children are a 12-year old girl, 8-year old girl, and 4-year old boy. Our girls are able to play or otherwise occupy themselves independently at home after school, so the time after school would mostly be spent with our son. He’s active and likes to spend a lot of time outside playing in the yard.
You will need to have your own car for driving. Only our son would need a booster seat, which we would provide.
