Panopto is a video and audio recording platform that integrates with Blackboard Learn. This tool is used to upload videos into BlackBoard that students submit for any individual assignment. It can be used to record voice over PowerPoint presentations, just a single video, or any other screen capture.

- Log into Blackboard
- Find your Course Menu on the right side of your screen and select Panopto
- Click the Assignment Folder ( the folder with the red dot)
- You are now ready to begin creating your video

- Sign into blackboard.cua.edu
- In a new tab, open https://cua.hosted.panopto.com/Panopto
- "Sign in with blackboard" in top right corner
- Click "Download Panopto" to download the computer application OR click "Create" at the top of the page to "Record a New Session"
- When recording, make sure you name your file correctly and make sure it is recorded into the correct course folder.
- To share your video, click "Manage Recordings" in Panopto, then click "Share" next to the video you want to share
- Copy the link it gives you, and paste that link into the submission area for the assignment in your course
