Each year the university publishes an updated available here and should be consulted regularly for dissertation requirements and deadlines.
Dr. Agazio is your sole advisor until you begin working on your dissertation.
You will constitute a dissertation committee when you begin the Clinical problems courses, 923D, 924D or 925. You'll first identify a committee chair, and that person will help you identify the other members of your committee. Usually you will want at least one person with expertise in the clinical focus and one with methodology expertise. The second reader, or third committee member, can be outside the CSON and CUA.
Once you begin your dissertation, please consult with your Chair and Dr. Agazio.
Once you have a Chair for your dissertation, you should consult your Chair once a semester to discuss your program plan. He or she will help guide you through course selection to best support the specific topic and methods for your dissertation.
The Chair can also assist with selecting cognate courses that either support your topic focus or methodology during coursework.
