Counseling sessions, college and career planning, and supports in time-management, organization, stress management, and other needs should be scheduled with students via online communication platforms (G Suite, G Meet, Skype, etc.). Students who receive services through an IEP or 504 plan must be scheduled for contact time by the service provider. Please continue to document conferences in PowerSchool and monitor all students on caseloads.

Students with an Individualized Education Plan will follow plans, activities, and assignments provided by their classroom teachers that may be differentiated by the teacher or special education staff. If there are any questions on how to meet student needs, please contact the special education case manager/teacher directly for assistance or reach out to the special education department head.
Case managers should schedule a weekly conference with students to monitor progress and supports.
