Student Success Plans (SSPs)

Student Success Plans are personalized educational plans for each student, grades 6-12.

The State of Connecticut requires that all students in these grades use an online tool to create this portfolio.

The SSP will cover 3 domains: Academic, Personal/Social and Career. Goals and objectives will be set and activities will be established for each student to create and update an SSP throughout their academic career.

Our district will be using Naviance to maintain this electronic portfolio.

Naviance Student

Naviance Student is available to Kaynor students. This online career planning program can be used for college searching, career exploration, interest assessments and much more! Take an assessment to see what career you would enjoy most or to help you decide what college major you should look into. If you have any questions please see your school counselor!
