College Credit Opportunities

There are three main ways that students can earn college credits while attending Kaynor! This is a GREAT way for students to get ahead and save money!

1. Pathway Programs- CCP and UConn ECE courses- CCP (College Career Pathway) courses are offered by higher education programs and are specific to trade technology programs. See chart below for more information. UConn ECE courses are offered as a 'dual enrollment' course at Kaynor Tech for Junior and Senior year. Must be recommended for the course by your teacher.

2. AP Courses- Advanced Placement courses are offered at Kaynor Tech for Juniors and Seniors. We also offer Freshmen and Sophomores the opportunity to participate in Pre-AP English courses.

3. Partnership Programs- Students can attend college campuses or take classes online at colleges that we have partnerships with.
