Grade 9

• Freshmen need to earn 7.00 credits to become sophomores. If you do not earn 7.00 credits at the end of your freshman year, you will need to complete summer school to meet the required credits. This is to help ensure you meet the credit requirements for graduation.

• The PSAT 8/9 is taken in October. Counselors will review your scores with you and help you connect to a support program called Khan Academy.

• English courses will include Pre-AP learning. We are excited to offer all students the opportunity to participate in Pre-AP programming!

PSAT9! Once students have completed to the tests and have their results, they can use Khan Academy to access their scores as well as an individualized study guide! All students will be introduced to this program by the School Counseling Tean. They will also create CollegeBoard and Khan Academy accounts created and linked so they can start studying!
