TIPS - Training for Intervention ProcedureS - By Health Communications Inc - 80% Success Rate

TIPS stands for Training for Intervention ProcedureS. It is training provided by Health Communications Inc. TIPS is a skills-based training designed to prevent intoxication and alcohol-related incidents. It allows students to practice, use and strengthen their "people skills" in situations when they have to deal with consumers of alcohol.

Virtual Business - Hotel - Certificate of Achievement of running a hotel through virtual simulation by Knowledge Matters

All Senior Students were learning hotel operations through running this virtual hotel simulation throughout the 2nd and 3rd quarters of this school year. The learning objectives included topics in the front desk operations, food & beverage operations, housekeeping, managing customer service feedback through social media, marketing, public relations, group sales, monitoring competitors, and pricing and revenue management.

After completing the simulation, some students took on the challenge of running their own virtual business - Hotel Mogul. Their certificates of accomplishment are attached here.
