Medication Policy:
STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO CARRY MEDICATION IN SCHOOL
(except for Epipens and Inhalers with a doctors order)
Medications can be kept in the health office with proper Documentation
Sick Policy:
Stay home until you are 24 hours without Vomiting and or
a fever with the need of medication to reduce the fever.
If your are out for 3 days or more a note from the doctor is required.
Medication in School
If your child needs to take medication in school it needs to be kept in health office. Physician completed document (pg 1) and parents (pg 2) and return.

Due to COVID -19 School Health Assessments:
Seniors did not have a Junior Assessment. If your child has had an annual check up anytime between 7/2019 and 6/2020, please have your physician complete the DCGH and fax to me. I will then be able to provide them with a copy complete record at the end of this year.
2. It is anticipated that we will not be able to complete many this year. If your child has had or expected to have a physical exam after 7-2020, please have their physician complete this DCGH and fax to me when completed.
