Requesting a Letter of Acceptance or Invitation
If you require an official Letter of Acceptance (for conference participation confirmation) or an Invitation Letter (for visa or work authorization purposes), please follow the instructions below.
1. Eligibility
You may request a letter after your proposal or presentation has been officially accepted or after you have completed registration for the conference.
2. Required Information
Please email your request to the Conference Coordinator at [kmacd@rocketmail.com] with the subject line:
“Request for Letter of Acceptance/Invitation – [Your Full Name]”
Include the following details in your email:
Full name (as it appears on your passport)
Institutional or organizational affiliation
Country of residence
Title of accepted presentation (if applicable)
Type of participation (presenter, co-presenter, attendee, etc.)
Registration confirmation number (if applicable)
Purpose of the letter (visa, employer documentation, etc.)
3. Processing Time
Letters are typically issued within 5–7 business days of receiving your complete information.
Requests submitted without all required details may experience delays.
4. Format
Letters will be issued on official letterhead, signed by the Conference Chair, and sent as a PDF attachment via email.
5. Important Notes
The letter does not guarantee visa approval; it is intended solely to support your visa or employment application.
Requests should be made in January/February 2026 ahead of your June 2026 travel dates to ensure adequate processing time.
