The 2026 Association for Language Awareness welcomes exhibitors who wish to share products, services, or initiatives that support language awareness (variety use, indigenous languages, language and technology, language and social and environmental ecologies, language education, intercultural learning, research, and professional development. Exhibiting at the conference provides visibility and opportunities to connect directly with practitioners, educators, researchers, and institutional representatives from around the world.
1. Exhibitor Packages and Fees
Exhibitor participation is available at the following levels (subject to space and availability):
Standard Exhibitor | $200
One 6-ft table, two chairs, one full conference registration, listing on the conference website and program
Premium Exhibitor | $300
Priority placement, one 6-ft table, two chairs, two full registrations, logo on website and program, and mention during opening session
Non-Profit/Academic Partner | $150
One 6-ft table, one chair, one full registration, recognition in conference materials

Confirmation and Logistics
Upon receipt of payment, exhibitors will receive a confirmation packet including:

information on conference hours and special exhibitor networking sessions

Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Early applications are encouraged.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received before March 30, 206 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds can be issued after that date due to logistical commitments.
