Welcome to the official hub of the 2020 Colorado Springs School Online Model UN (CSSOMUN) conference!

We are so excited to welcome everyone to this new form of Model UN conference despite the circumstances surrounding the event. Sponsors and coaches, please direct your delegates to this website and check it periodically for updates.

We once again urge all participating schools, if at all possible, please donate the typical delegate fees or a portion of them to either the non-profits listed in the invitation or one of your choice. If you do so, please let us know, as we would like to quantify the impact of our conference.

As of 4/24, background guides have been posted under the tab for each council. Initial Assignments are on each council tab and also in the email from Mr. Benson. Late registration will end on 4/27 and councils will be finalized. Please notify us immediately if you find an error in assignments

We will largely be following Colorado MUN procedure with some small changes to optimize it for an online platform. More information about Colorado MUN procedure as well as other useful guides are here: https://sites.google.com/site/coloradomodelunitednations/info-forms?authuser=0

In order to help out delegates, the extended deadline for position papers will be Friday, May 1st at 3 PM United States Mountain Time (9 PM GMT). Even if delegates do not complete a position paper, they need to individually email their director/PO saying they are participating. If they do not do so, we will not be able to respond to them with a link to the Zoom invite, and they will not be able to participate.
